Police is transparent, computerized, totally objective, merit and
reservation based. No candidate shall pay any money, illegal
gratification to anybody within or outside the department on the promise
of exercising influence to secure any post of the POLICE DEPARTMENT.
Nobody is authorized to collect any charges. Candidates are warned not

Candidate Profile:
- Candidates should possess any degree from a university recognised by UGC.
- Age be between 19 and 25 years. Candidates belonging to reserved category have been given the upper age relaxation of two years.
- Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in the written examination, physical endurance test and viva-voice.
Application fee:
- Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 250 through challan form payable at State Bank of Mysore (SBM)/State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) only. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category are required to pay Rs 100 only.
